Theracurmin® is a proprietary form of curcumin developed in Japan using patented sub-micron particle processing and surface-controlled technology. By reducing curcumin to an optimised particle size, Theracurmin® disperses evenly in fluid and is more readily absorbed by the body. In a randomised, open-label crossover study with 24 healthy participants, 90 mg of Theracurmin® demonstrated over 42 times greater bioavailability compared to an equivalent dose of standard curcumin.
