Please follow these steps:

1. First, log into your online account and click the grey 'Manage Subscription' button on your account page to view your customer portal.

2. Click the 'See More Details' button to view more information about your subscription.

3. To change your payment method, simply scroll down the page to the section titled 'Payment Details'. Click the blue 'Edit' button.

4. The subscription portal will request to send you an email to your nominated email address to change your payment method securely. Click 'Send Email'.
