I have requested to reset my password but have not received the email?Updated 3 months ago

When you have a subscription with PILLAR, it does not automatically create an account for you, so you may not have an account set up yet. The system will allow you to put in your email to reset your password and still notify you that an email has been sent even if you do not have an account. 

Head to https://pillarperformance.shop/account/login and select ‘create account’. 

If you do have an account and go to create one the system will show an error. If this is the case, please email [email protected]
