My product/s have arrived damaged, what do I do?Updated 2 days ago

If your order arrives with a faulty or damaged product, please contact [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to help with determining a resolution.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the product, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including any postage charges.

If a product is deemed faulty, PILLAR Performance may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.
