My ShopPay payment isn't working.Updated 2 months ago

If you have checked that all your card details are up to date, please double check that the card is still linked to your PILLAR subscription within ShopPay. 

1. In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit. 

2. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.

3. Do one of the following:

- Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.

- Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.

6. Click Update. 

Please note, if you need to update your payment method to an entirely new card, please do not delete the old card yet, until the new card is added and linked. If you have already deleted your old card, adding a new card will not link your new subscription. Unfortunately, you will need to cancel your subscription and start a new one with your new card.
