My ShopPay payment isn't working.Updated 3 months ago

If you have checked that all your card details are up to date, please double check that the card is still linked to your PILLAR subscription within ShopPAy. 

1. In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit. 

2. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.

3. Do one of the following:

- Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.

- Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.

6. Click Update.
